Job summary

Randstad Canada is recruiting on behalf of our client for an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join a major global brand initiative. This hybrid role is based in downtown Toronto and involves partnering with project leaders and cross-functional teams to track deliverables, coordinate global meetings, and maintain structured timelines across multiple workstreams.

• Understanding of foundational project management concepts (deliverables, dependencies, workback plans, schedules).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
• Excellent written communication with clear, professional messaging.

Responsibilities

• Track dependencies, update project timelines, and assist with workback schedules across multiple areas.
• Schedule multi-participant meetings with internal/external stakeholders, and distribute clear action items.
• Follow up on action items to monitor progress and keep milestones on track.
• Maintain central project documentation, dashboards, and reporting files for visibility.
• Investigate issues, reference process docs, and propose solutions before escalating risks.
• Translate executive directions into actionable follow-up tasks and organized documentation.
