WORLDPAY, LLC is seeking an AI and Automation Analyst to help shape the future of global commerce. You will lead high-impact process improvements using RPA and AI agents across our payments organization.

Collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk, and Commercial teams to solve complex business challenges, develop and track KPIs, and drive stakeholder alignment for strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with RPA and AI agents to automate processes.
• Proven track record in Lean, Six Sigma or similar frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to leadership.
• Experience collaborating across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Commercial.
• Knowledge of payments regulatory landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives using RPA/AI to boost efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges.
• Analyze current processes and implement data-driven improvements.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure success.
• Facilitate programs and align stakeholders for strategic outcomes.
• Conduct root-cause, cost-benefit, and operational analyses.
• Advise on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
