Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking an AI and Automation Analyst in Toronto to lead process improvement using RPA and AI agents. You will partner with Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk and Commercial teams to drive measurable outcomes across the payments organization.

The role requires deep payments domain knowledge, experience with UiPath, and a proven track record in Lean/Six Sigma-driven transformations, with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in payments, financial services, and regulatory landscape.
• Understanding of tooling to support automation of manual processes (UiPath for RPA and AI agents).
• Experience leading process transformation and operational excellence initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to audiences from individual contributors to executives.

Responsibilities

• Utilize RPA and AI Agents to lead high-impact process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer experience across our payments organization.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk, and Commercial teams to solve complex business challenges.
• Analyze current-state processes, identify opportunities, and implement data-driven improvements.
• Develop and track key performance metrics to measure success and uncover future optimization opportunities.
• Facilitate cross-functional programs and drive stakeholder alignment to deliver strategic outcomes.
• Conduct root cause, cost-benefit, and operational analyses to support informed business decisions.
