Job summary

Globalpayer, a leader in payments, is seeking an AI and Automation Analyst to shape the future of global commerce. In this role you will lead RPA and AI-driven process improvements across our payments organization, partnering with Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk, and Commercial teams.

You will analyze current-state processes, develop KPIs, and drive cross-functional programs while applying Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in payments and financial services, with regulatory knowledge.
• Experience with automation tooling, incl. UI Path for RPA and AI agents.
• Proven track record leading process transformation using Lean Six Sigma or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact process improvement initiatives using RPA and AI agents.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk, and Commercial teams.
• Analyze current processes and implement data-driven improvements.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure success and identify opportunities.
• Facilitate cross-functional programs and drive stakeholder alignment.
