Une entreprise de santé animale cherche un(e) Account Manager pour interagir avec des vétérinaires et atteindre les objectifs de vente. Le candidat doit avoir un diplôme en science ou en médecine vétérinaire, de l'expérience en ventes pharmaceutiques est un plus. Ce poste nécessite également d'excellentes compétences en communication en français et en anglais. Le gestionnaire de comptes optimisera le potentiel commercial dans son territoire avec un travel requirement de 50%.

Qualifications

  • Une expérience en ventes pharmaceutiques dans l'industrie de la santé animale est un atout.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
  • Doit avoir un permis de conduire valide.

Responsibilities

  • Interagir avec les vétérinaires pour augmenter les ventes et la pénétration du marché.

Job Description

Ce poste est un contrat de 14 mois.

Our Account Managers interact face to face and virtually with our customers, understand their needs and consult to offer the right solutions. We work collaboratively in Field Sales Teams and play a critical role in supporting our customer centric business model.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, Eastern Canada – Companion Animal Business Unit, the Account Manager is responsible for achieving the annual sales and business objectives within his/her territory by coordinating the development, implementation and monitoring of the Territory Tactical Plans, ensuring alignment with Regional and National Business unit objectives.

The Account Manager is responsible for understanding the customer needs and communicating accurate and complete product information through on-going calls on targeted companion animal veterinarians with the goal of increasing sales and market penetration in the territory. This also includes conducting Continuing Education meetings, attending product and sales training, and participating in conferences and conventions.

The Account Manager identifies networks and develops strong working relationships with key customers including Key Opinion Leaders, community advocacy within his/her geography. The Account Manager will complete his/her tasks in a manner fully consistent with our company\'s commitment to our Values and Standards, policies, procedures, industry standards and all laws and regulations.

The Account Manager optimizes business potential in the territory through effective analysis, planning, implementation and organization of work. The Account Manager manages territory data through CRM and / or other relevant territory management tools. There are other administrative duties which include weekly reports, expense reports and requests from clients.

The incumbent has the obligation to report Product Quality Complaints as per applicable processes.

Qualifications / Qualifications :

  • Bachelor\'s degree, Science Degree or Degree in Veterinary Medicine

  • Pharmaceutical sales experience in the Animal Health Industry (asset)

  • Thorough understanding of the Animal Health Industry

  • Proficiency in Microsoft office technology and related software

  • Communication skills (both oral and written)

  • Presentation and facilitation skills

  • Negotiation skills

  • Self-starter with a broad range of People, Business, and Strategic skills

  • Strong knowledge of our company\'s policies, procedures, industry standards and laws and regulations

  • A valid driver\'s license is required

  • French both written and spoken if located in Quebec. English is preferred for business with national and global stakeholders.
