AgeCare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide professional nursing care to residents, supervise RPNs and PSWs, and coordinate nursing services within the neighbourhood and residence. You will liaise with physicians and the health care team, review physician orders, and ensure timely documentation in resident charts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing and registered nurse in good standing.
• Knowledge of Canadian health acts and nursing standards.
• Experience in geriatric, rehabilitation or long-term care settings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RPNs and PSWs and implement care policies.
• Coordinate nursing services within the neighbourhood and residence.
• Lead shift reports and communicate resident status changes.
• Review and execute physician orders promptly and escalate issues.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Provide first aid and complete incident reports when needed.
