Responsibilities

• Safety, Security, and Emergency Readiness: ensure safe work practices and follow emergency procedures.
• Customer and Associate Support: resolve issues and maintain a positive front-end experience.
• Front End Coverage and Operations: monitor coverage and assist with outlying registers.
• Associate Training and Development: train on systems, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Transaction Oversight and Compliance: oversee purchases, returns, and exchanges per guidelines.
• EAS and Loss Prevention Support: ensure alarms are handled correctly and logs completed.
• Cash Management and Register Controls: open/close registers and audits for accuracy.
• Promote Company Programs and Initiatives: support credit cards, protection plans, and discounts.
