Job summary

Walmart is seeking motivated individuals to support General Merchandise operations in Saint-Bruno, QC. You will assist with customer service, merchandising, and daily task coordination to ensure smooth store performance and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers.
• Coordinate daily tasks and priorities from store leadership.
• Assess and improve department presentation and merchandising displays.
• Lead team huddles, share updates, set goals, and track productivity.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness, complete safety logs and maintain clean fixtures.
• Support GTA/Workday tasks and assist management.
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding new associates.
