Job summary

Walmart Canada in Quebec is seeking a General Merchandise and Fashion Associate leader to support department processes and customer service excellence. You will partner with the GM and Fashion Assistant Manager to ensure both customer satisfaction and task completion.

Responsibilities include merchandising, scheduling support, staff delegation, and staff training to uphold a safe and inviting store environment. Minimum age to apply is 16, with accommodations available as required by law.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, promoting products, locating merchandise and resolving issues.
• Coordinate task completion per priorities from store management and GM/Fashion leadership.
• Assess department presentation and implement merchandising displays as needed.
• Delegate and follow up on daily Customer Availability Process tasks.
• Assist with scheduling as needed.
• Assign associates to coverage and availability tasks across store areas.
• Participate in training and development of General Merchandise and Fashion Associates, offering feedback.
• Contribute to a safe, clean work environment by following policies and completing safety logs.
