Job summary

You will lead the sales floor, coach the team, manage merchandising, and oversee operations, budgets, and events to grow client loyalty and sales.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and retail management experience with a business-driven mindset.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to motivate and persuade teams.
• Organized, detail oriented with market and product knowledge; interest in luxury, fashion, art and design.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Degree in Business or Retail Management or equivalent is a plus.
