Sam's Pizza in Nova Scotia is seeking a restaurant manager to oversee daily operations, modify food preparation methods and menu prices within budget, monitor staff performance, recruit and train personnel, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.

You will set staff work schedules, plan daily operations, manage inventory, handle customer concerns, supervise events, and maintain strong service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma (1–2 years).
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a related role.
  • Safe Food Handling certificate required.
