Qualifications

• Secondary high school diploma required.
• 3 years to less than 5 years of experience preferred.
• On-site role at food processing plant.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to process and bag, box or otherwise package food products.
• Perform corrective machine adjustments and set up processing equipment.
• Record production information and maintain shift logs.
• Observe gauges, printouts and video monitors to verify processing conditions.
• Clean machines and work areas; report malfunctions to supervisor.
• Check products for defects and ensure conformance to standards.
• Maintain GMP compliance and sanitation practices.
• Handle lifting and physical tasks safely in a fast-paced environment.
