Our client is seeking an accomplished sales oriented General Manager to lead a full-service hotel in Vancouver area , featuring restaurants and bars. For the right individual, this role offers the opportunity to combine branded-hotel experience with sales and entrepreneurial leadership and make a significant impact in the Vancouver market.

• Strong sales and business-development orientation and a track record of generating hotel business.


• Previous experience as a General Manager or senior hotel leader in a full-service property.


• Experience with a city-center, urban, or high-volume hotel in British Columbia or elsewhere in Canada.


• Strong food & beverage experience, including restaurants, bars, banquets, or catering.


• Build meaningful relationships with guests, ownership, and key partners


• Solid financial and commercial skills, including P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimization.


• Experience working within a branded hotel environment, combined with the ability to operate effectively in an independent setting.


• A hands-on, entrepreneurial approach and the confidence to be highly visible with guests, employees, clients, and the local business community
