Job summary

Prestige Kamloops Hotel and Prestige Aberdeen Lodge are seeking a General Manager to lead hotel operations and empower staff. You will drive guest satisfaction, financial performance, and strategic partnerships, reporting to the COO.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in a supervisory hotel role, strong leadership, and solid revenue management skills, with eligibility to work in Canada. This is an on-site leadership role at our BC properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory hotel role.
• Post-secondary education in hotel or business management is an asset.
• Legally entitled to work in Canada.
• Strong integrity, judgment and leadership.

We are looking for someone special who can lead our teams at Prestige Kamloops Hotel and Prestige Aberdeen Lodge. We need someone with the right experience to help grow the businesses by empowering and developing staff, ensuring the ultimate guest experience, and elevating the hotels.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the General Manager is responsible for effectively managing and overseeing all aspects of the hotel operations including financial performance, revenue management, customers’ enjoyment of accommodation, review of supply agreements, sales direction, human resources, and property maintenance.
