Job summary

On Side Restoration Services Ltd. is seeking Labourers to join a disaster-response team. You’ll tackle physical tasks, operate hand and power tools safely, and assist with demolition, remediation, and rebuild work across floods, fires, and emergencies.

You’ll collaborate with multiple crews, train across remediation and contents cleaning, and contribute to finishing work like carpentry and painting. A safety-minded, team-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience and desire to do physical work.
• Understanding and experience using hand and power tools.
• Willingness to follow all safety requirements including PPE.
• Interest in cross training across remediation, contents cleaning, emergency, rebuild.
• Tech-savvy and able to use apps and software.
• Curious by nature and willing to learn how things happen.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and clean criminal record; English communications.

• Salary Range: $21-$24/hour

Disasters can strike at any time so a rotating schedule of 24/7 after hours on-call work is a requirement. Meaning you’ll work regular weekday hours and participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule.
