• Established connections in the business community is an asset.
• Computer skills, MS Office environment.
• Ongoing commitment to self-development.
• Willingness to travel within Canada to support cross-region Teammates.

• Quality control of all aspects of the job.

• Assessing damage and determining the scope of work needed.
• Managing and Directing Restoration Staff in a supportive team environment during: Disaster remediation efforts, cleaning & packing, rebuilding, and project completion.

Compensation

• Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000 /year
• Commissions payments subject to personal performance
• Annual Performance Incentive Bonus – Percentage of base salary subject to personal and company performance.
• The negotiable base salary listed is determined by project volume and gross margins combined with industry experience and demonstrated industry relationships. Total compensation, including bonus plan and industry leading commission structure, will be discussed in full should you be selected for an interview.

What You Bring

• A minimum of 1 year of Project Management experience in the restoration industry.
• Experience with Xactimate

Of Note

• Disasters can and will strike at any time, a rotating after hours on-call work schedule is a requirement.
• This role also services the Lethbridge, AB branch and regular travel is required based on business needs.
