Job summary

Techo-Bloc is seeking a Production Laborer in Chambly to help maintain our high-quality standards for premium landscaping products. This hands-on role keeps you close to production and values your reliability and teamwork.

In this position, you will inspect products, remove defects, package and ship goods, move materials, support machine operators, and maintain a clean, safe workplace on 12-hour shifts with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Physically demanding position requiring lifting up to 23 kg (50 lb) regularly.
• Punctual and dependable — being on time is essential for production.
• Able to stay focused during 12-hour shifts.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Day shift schedule from Monday to Thursday 5:30AM to 5:30PM

Competitive wage:$22.07/hourto $22.62/hour

Your role

As a Production Laborer, you play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining Techo-Bloc’s quality standards. On a daily basis, you will:

• Inspect concrete products (quality, shape, color, consistency)
• Remove defective products and replace them with compliant pieces
• Sort, package, wrap, and prepare products for shipping
• Transport raw materials and finished products, manually or using equipment
• Assist machine operators with daily tasks
• Clean machines and maintain a clean and safe work environment
