Job summary

Techo-Bloc is seeking a Production Machine Operator for night shifts in St-Hubert, Quebec. Work nights from 5:30pm to 5:30am, four days on with three days off, with weekly pay and full benefits. Salary starts at 34 CAD per hour, based on experience.

You will operate and monitor production equipment, perform minor repairs, and contribute to quality control and documentation. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow in a hands-on, mechanically minded team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or automated production.
• Strong mechanical aptitude (electrical knowledge is a plus).
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform minor repairs.
• Complete machine setups and preventative maintenance.
• Use tools and measuring equipment to maintain quality.
• Complete production and maintenance reports.
• Keep the workplace clean, safe, and organized.

Production Machine Operator (Night Shift)
St-Hubert, Quebec
Monday-Thursday | 5:30pm–5:30am
Salary starting at 34$/H (based on experience)
Weekly Pay | Full Benefits

Night Shift = 3 Days Off Every Week

What You’ll Do

We’re looking for someone hands-on, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn. If you have grit, take pride in your work, and like solving problems, this could be a great opportunity to grow your skills.

• Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform minor repairs
• Complete machine setups and preventative maintenance

Training will be provided on either the day or night shift, so flexibility during training is required.

We’ll teach you our equipment. We’re looking for the attitude, work ethic, and mechanical mindset to learn it.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experiencein manufacturing or automated production
• Strong industrial mechanical aptitude (electrical knowledge is a plus)
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Basic computer skills (ERP/Microsoft tools a plus)
  Concrete manufacturing experience is a plus (Masa, Hess, Columbia, etc.)

This is a physically demanding position. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds (23kg). Manual dexterity, teamwork, hand-eye co-ordination and a combination of sitting, standing and walking required.
