Job summary

ISE Metal Inc. in Sherbrooke is seeking a Production Worker to perform cleaning, assembly, and quality inspections for finished products. You will operate multiple shop-floor machines and handling equipment, including forklift and overhead crane, while maintaining ISO-compliant procedures and a tidy work area.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning, sanding, deburring, straightening, polishing, and inspection tasks.
• Assemble components and finished products.
• Conduct quality control inspections of products before shipment to customers.
• Perform end-of-line packaging duties, placing finished products into boxes.
• Inspect products to ensure quality and conformity.
• Assemble boxes and fill them with finished products.
• Assist with shipping activities, including pallet packaging and preparation.
• Operate equipment such as parts washer, vibratory finishing machine, rotary tumbler, spot welder, drill press and other tools.
• Operate a forklift and use an overhead crane as required.
• Follow ISO procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Skills We Are Looking For

• High School Diploma;

• Valid forklift operator certification (an asset).
