Job summary

Techo-Bloc is seeking a Production Laborer for a night shift (Mon-Fri, 5:30 PM–5:30 AM) to ensure smooth operations and uphold quality standards. You will inspect products, replace defects, and prepare shipments while supporting machine operators and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Job Description

Schedule:Night shift schedule fromMonday to Friday, 5:30PM to 5:30AM

Compensation:Competitive wage:$22.07/hourto $22.62/hour + Night shift premium 2$/h

Your role

As a Production Laborer, you play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining Techo-Bloc’s quality standards. On a daily basis, you will:

• Inspect concrete products (quality, shape, color, consistency)
• Remove defective products and replace them with compliant pieces
• Sort, package, wrap, and prepare products for shipping
• Transport raw materials and finished products, manually or using equipment
• Assist machine operators with daily tasks
• Clean machines and maintain a clean and safe work environment
