The Bakery Labour role is a full-time, on-site position based at our Moncton, NB facility. This role involves assisting with the preparation, baking, and packaging of bread and bakery products according to established recipes and production standards. Daily tasks include operating and cleaning bakery equipment, monitoring product quality, following food safety and workplace safety procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Team members will support loading and unloading materials, stacking and labeling finished products, and working collaboratively with production staff and supervisors to meet production targets. The role may require standing for extended periods, repetitive tasks, and working flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.
