Job summary

Wonderbrands is hiring General Labourers to support the baking and packaging process across North America. You will pick, pack, sort, and inspect products, load pallets, and work with the production team to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Shifts run Monday to Friday with rotation between mornings and evenings; overtime is available after 40 hours. Starting wage is 18.00 CAD per hour. Benefits include health, dental, pension, and more.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50 pounds safely.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, preferably food manufacturing.
• Strong people skills; approachable, good listener, empathetic.
• Committed to health and safety of colleagues.
• Open to constructive feedback and skill development.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, sort, and package fresh products into bags and boxes.
• Work in production/packaging area to stack boxes onto pallets.
• Inspect filled packages to ensure correct packaging.
• Collaborate with production team to maintain product quality.
• Mix ingredients, package breads, and load bread trays per instructions.
• Assist machine operators and crew with additional duties as needed.

SHIFT: Monday to Friday, Shift Rotation every 2 weeks between Mornings and Evenings,(flexibility with working overtime, Overtime available after 40 hours or after shifts >8 hours)

Mornings - Starts between 7:00AM and 8:00AM /Afternoons - Starts between 2:00PM and 3:00PM

WAGE: Starting from $18.00/ hour.

Responsibilities

In a typical day, you will:

• Pick,pack,sort, andpackage fresh productsinto bags and boxes


• Work in production/packaging area to make andstack boxes onto pallets


• Inspect filled packages to ensure product is packaged according to specifications.


• Work closely with production team members to ensure product quality


• Mix the ingredients, package the breads, and Load the bread trays as per the instructions.


• Assist machine operators/mixers/oven captains and crew with other duties as assigned.

• A lover of bread and baked goods!


• You should be comfortable lifting 50 pounds.


• You have strong people skills—you’re approachable, a good listener, and empathetic


• You have previously worked in a manufacturing environment (even better if it was food manufacturing!)
