Job summary

Techo-Bloc is a leader in premium landscaping products across North America. This Production Laborer role is hands-on, close to production lines, and focused on maintaining the highest quality standards.

You will work on day shift Monday to Thursday, 5:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a competitive hourly wage. Key responsibilities include inspecting concrete products, removing defects, preparing shipments, moving materials, assisting operators, and keeping equipment and work areas safe.

Qualifications

• Physically demanding role requiring precision and reliability.
• Must be punctual and dependable for production.
• Willing to lift up to 23 kg regularly and work 12-hour shifts.

Job Description

Day shift schedule fromMonday to Thursday 5:30AM to 5:30PM

Competitive wage:$22.07/hourto $22.62/hour

Your role

As a Production Laborer, you play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining Techo-Bloc’s quality standards. On a daily basis, you will:

• Inspect concrete products (quality, shape, color, consistency)
• Remove defective products and replace them with compliant pieces
• Sort, package, wrap, and prepare products for shipping
• Transport raw materials and finished products, manually or using equipment
• Assist machine operators with daily tasks
• Clean machines and maintain a clean and safe work environment

This is a physically demanding position. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds (23kg). Manual dexterity, teamwork, hand-eye co-ordination and a combination of sitting, standing and walking required.
