Job summary

Techo-Bloc in St-Hubert, Quebec is seeking a Production Machine Operator (Night Shift). This hands-on role runs Monday-Thursday, 5:30pm–5:30am, with salary starting at 34 CAD/hour and weekly pay with full benefits.

You will operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment, troubleshoot issues, perform machine setups and maintenance, and keep quality records. Training will be provided on either shift to build a strong mechanical mindset and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or automated production.
• Strong industrial mechanical aptitude (electrical knowledge a plus).
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Basic computer skills (ERP/Microsoft tools a plus).

Responsibilities

Production Machine Operator (Night Shift)
St-Hubert, Quebec

Night Shift = 3 Days Off Every Week

What You’ll Do

We’re looking for someone hands-on, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn. If you have grit, take pride in your work, and like solving problems, this could be a great opportunity to grow your skills.

Training will be provided on either the day or night shift, so flexibility during training is required.

We’ll teach you our equipment. We’re looking for the attitude, work ethic, and mechanical mindset to learn it.

  Concrete manufacturing experience is a plus (Masa, Hess, Columbia, etc.)

This is a physically demanding position. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds (23kg). Manual dexterity, teamwork, hand-eye co-ordination and a combination of sitting, standing and walking required.
