Job summary

RA is seeking a Multi Skilled Worker to support daily operations in a healthcare setting in Toronto. The role involves housekeeping, food preparation, serving meals, and dishwashing, performed in a team-focused environment with attention to safety and quality.

The position requires a valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent, strong English communication, and the ability to work both independently and with others.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping and food services experience is an asset.
• Experience in the healthcare environment or long-term care setting is preferred.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of English language, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping duties such as maintaining the cleanliness of residents’ rooms and common areas.
• Assist with food preparation, set up and cleanup of chairs & tables, serving meals, delivering trays to residents, dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen.
• Perform duties according to health & safety guidelines, report all injuries and hazards to the supervisor immediately and other reasonable requests from management

The hourly wage rate for this position is $18.65. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. How you will make an impact:
