Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of clerical duties to support the smooth operation of the hospital.
• Maintain and update patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in the coordination of appointments and scheduling for various departments.
• Ensure effective communication between departments, staff, and patients.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
• Support the administrative needs of the healthcare team as required.
