Job summary

The role supports dispatch and other operations tasks, with a 4 on 4 off night shift (12 hour shifts). This position requires strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Dartmouth, NS

Schedule: 4 on 4 off night shift rotation | 12 hour shifts

What you'll do

• Greet inbound and outbound drivers and capture key equipment details
• Verify load seals and gather essential delivery information
• Prepare paperwork for inbound freight using customer systems
• Assist dispatch and support operational tasks - no two days are the same!
• Pitch in where needed, including data entry and occasional loading support

What we're looking for

• Strong computer skills with ability to work in multiple systems and accurately enter data
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and maintain compliance documentation
• Comfortable working outdoors at times and moving between office and yard areas
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to ask the right questions to gather accurate information
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support other operations functions as needed
