Job summary

Armour Logistics in Dartmouth, NS is seeking a proactive operations assistant to greet inbound and outbound drivers, verify delivery details, and prepare freight paperwork. You will support dispatch and daily terminal operations on a 12-hour night shift.

You're expected to handle data entry across multiple systems, follow SOPs, and communicate clearly with drivers and yard staff while staying calm in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Dartmouth, NS

Schedule: 4 on 4 off night shift rotation | 12 hour shifts

What you'll do

• Greet inbound and outbound drivers and capture key equipment details
• Verify load seals and gather essential delivery information
• Prepare paperwork for inbound freight using customer systems
• Assist dispatch and support operational tasks - no two days are the same!
• Pitch in where needed, including data entry and occasional loading support
