Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on technical support or AV/event tech experience.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows OS and hardware.
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals and cabling.
• Experience with displays, printers, cameras, or interactive tech.
• Strong communication and collaboration with remote teams.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced onsite retail environment.
• Customer-facing or AV deployment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily system readiness checks and ensure equipment is powered and operational before opening and closing each day.
• Monitor touchscreen displays, interactive stations, and supporting hardware to maintain a seamless user experience.
• Troubleshoot basic issues involving Windows PCs, displays, printers, cameras, networking connectivity, cabling, and peripherals.
• Restart systems as needed and escalate complex issues to remote teams with timely updates.
• Support installation and teardown activities and serve as onsite technical point of contact during operating hours.

You’ll work closely with a remote development team to ensure an AI-powered interactive installation operates smoothly throughout the engagement. With comprehensive onboarding, technical documentation, and ongoing remote support provided, you’ll play an important role in keeping the experience running successfully from start to finish.

Your Responsibilities

• You’ll perform daily system health checks and ensure all equipment is powered on and operational before opening and shut down correctly at the end of each day.
• You’ll monitor touchscreen displays, interactive stations, and supporting hardware to maintain a seamless user experience.
• You’ll troubleshoot basic issues involving Windows PCs, displays, printers, cameras, networking connectivity, cabling, and peripheral devices.
• You’ll restart systems and hardware as needed, escalating more complex issues to the remote development team while providing timely updates.
• You’ll support installation, teardown activities, and serve as the onsite technical point of contact during operating hours.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on technical support, desktop support, AV support, event technology, or installation experience.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems and supporting computer hardware.
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals, device connectivity, and hardware cabling.
• Experience supporting displays, monitors, printers, cameras, or other interactive technology.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with remote technical teams.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced onsite retail environment.
• Customer-facing experience, digital signage, interactive installations, or AV deployment experience is considered an asset.
