IGT is a global leader in gaming technology. The Field Service Technician role focuses on configuring, installing, testing, and maintaining gaming and paytech equipment on-site for customers.

You’ll diagnose issues, perform repairs, and provide clear updates while traveling across the assigned territory and following safety protocols. The position requires 2–4 years in a customer service role and hands-on troubleshooting experience, with strong communication and the ability to work independently

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years in a customer service role.
• 2–4 years troubleshooting and repairing technical equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight stays.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Experience with gaming/lottery equipment preferred.

Aufgaben

• Configure, install, upgrade, and maintain gaming and paytech equipment.
• Test hardware, firmware, and network connections.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to restore operation.
• Provide customer support and technical guidance.
• Maintain service records and work orders.
• Travel within territory to support customer needs.
• Attend on-site training and stay compliant with safety rules.
