Job summary

Light & Wonder is seeking a Field Service Technician to service gaming devices in the Ottawa area. You will install, maintain and troubleshoot EGMs and ETGs at customer sites, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.

You will perform diagnostics, recalibrate systems, document incidents, and contribute to smooth daily operations while upholding safety and service quality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain gaming licenses.
• One year of experience with electronic gaming devices or six months plus a gaming school certificate.
• Basic troubleshooting, electronics, mechanics, and network knowledge.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and travel to other facilities as needed.
• Good customer relations and safe tool handling are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on EGMs and ETGs per standards.
• Ensure proper operation via tests and diagnostics; verify status daily.
• Prepare accessories for installations and complete incident reports.
• Maintain maintenance records and daily/weekly logs with accuracy.
• Follow safety procedures and stay current with advisories.
