Job summary

British Columbia Lottery Corporation is seeking a Permanent, Full Time Casino Technician to maintain and repair gaming equipment across BC facilities. You will ensure smooth operation, deliver reliable service to players, and work with a team to support a high-availability gaming environment.

The role requires a technical degree or diploma in electronics or technology support, 3–4 years of hardware experience, and the ability to lift 25 kg. Travel across regional locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Recognized technical degree or diploma in electronics or technology support.
• 3–4 years hardware experience preferred.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 kg and work flexible hours.
• Ability to work at multiple locations within a set region.

Responsibilities

• Complete projects to enhance player experience and maintain gaming equipment.
• Repair and maintain casino gaming equipment to ensure integrity and uptime.
• Resolve incidents related to player complaints with diplomacy and tact.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders; lead assigned tasks in larger locations.
