Our client is seeking aFundraising & Sales Coordinatorto join their team on a permanent basis.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The key job functions are:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership and sponsorship strategy.
  • Drive revenue growth for events while ensuring sponsor satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance brand awareness through sponsorships and partnerships.
  • Manage agreements, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials for partnerships and sponsorships.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, including deliverables, sign-offs, and invoicing.
  • Track and analyze partnership and sponsorship performance post-events and programs

Education:

  • Post secondary education in a relevant industry is an asset

Experience :

  • 3-5+ years of experience in fundraising/sponsorship and B2B sales is required

Base Salary: $55,000 – 60,000 per year (OTE $100k+)

  • Uncapped commission

Work Hours:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday

Remote Work:

  • This position is not remote and required to be on-site.

Additional Notes:

  • This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
