Ocean Breeze Village is a landmark coastal development and one of Atlantic Canada's largest master-planned communities. The project is being developed in carefully phased releases over the next 10-12 years and will deliver over 35 newly serviced subdivided lots with the potential for more than 5,000 residential units. The lots are being sold to developers and builders for medium to high-density residential and mixed-use projects. With infrastructure servicing and community building at the forefront, Ocean Breeze presents a rare opportunity for forward-thinking developers to shape a dynamic, sustainable, and livable community.
We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Sales Coordinator - Land Sales to manage all lot sales for Ocean Breeze. This individual will serve as the primary liaison with developers, investors, and builders, facilitating negotiations, coordinating with legal and marketing teams, and ensuring a high level of professionalism and follow-through across all touchpoints. This is a flexible work-from-home role with strong earning potential, hired under the ownership group Basin Heights Community Limited Partnership. You will work closely with RAD Marketing, the project's exclusive marketing partner.
This is a 100% commission-based sales role with no base salary. Commission rates are competitive and aligned with lot value. Sales support is provided through RAD Marketing and the Ocean Breeze development team.
