Job summary

CoFoMo Inc. in Montreal, QC, is seeking a senior business analyst to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements and roadmaps.

You will gather and challenge stakeholder needs, model processes (BPMN), and write functional specifications while ensuring traceability in the Azure DevOps backlog. You'll work closely with users, coordinate workshops, perform impact analyses, and support change management through training and post‑implementation follow-up.

Qualifications

• Senior experience in business analysis.
• Ability to gather, challenge and structure business needs.
• Master BPMN or equivalent process modeling.
• Experience writing functional specifications and requirements management.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, ERP, Business Central and Power Platform.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Agile backlog management.
• Ability to perform impact and fit-gap analyses.
• Experience with functional testing, UAT and bug management.
• Strong facilitation of workshops and user training.
• Project coordination, risk management and stakeholder communication.
• Experience preparing RFI/RFP and specifications (asset).
• Knowledge of data integration, data quality and data migration (asset).

Responsibilities

• Support change and post-implementation adoption; coordinate analysis activities, track risks and progress.

• Conduct workshops, demonstrations, trainings and validation sessions with users;
• Support change and ensure post-implementation follow-up in order to promote the adoption of solutions;
• Plan and coordinate analysis activities, track risks and produce progress statuses.

The profile you are looking for is as follows:

• Have senior experience in business analysis;
• Demonstrate an excellent ability to gather, challenge and structure business needs;
• Master process modeling (BPMN or equivalent);
• Have experience in writing functional specifications and requirements management;
• Have knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, ERP, Business Central and Power Platform platforms;
• Have experience with Azure DevOps and Agile backlog management;
• Be able to perform impact and fit-gap analyses;
• Have experience with functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and bug management;
• Have strong skills in facilitating workshops and supporting users;
• Demonstrate project coordination, risk management and stakeholder communication skills;
• Experience in preparing RFI/RFP and specifications (an asset);
• Knowledge of integration, data quality and data migration (an asset);
• Experience with Microsoft ecosystem portals and solutions (an asset);
• Experience in change management and super-user training (an asset);
• Demonstrate the ability to manage small and medium-sized initiatives independently (an asset).
