Job summary

Sodales Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge IT and business objectives using data-driven insights to improve efficiency and drive decisions. You will work with stakeholders across levels to translate requirements into technical designs and test end-to-end processes throughout project lifecycles.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a BA, familiarity with Agile, ASAP, and Design Thinking, and strong problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities for product

Qualifications

• BA degree or equivalent in computer science or business management.
• 5+ years of BA experience.
• Familiar with Agile, ASAP and Design Thinking methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify improvements.

Responsibilities

• Interview stakeholders to develop requirements and capture user stories; act as liaison between users and partners.
• Prepare BRDs, system design flows and sequence diagrams.
• Create prototypes and test end-to-end scenarios across the development lifecycle.
• Conduct UAT and collaborate with QA to write use cases and testing data.
• Provide technical/system solutions to real-time issues.
• Support and consult with stakeholders and customers; translate requirements into design specs.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure deadlines; delegate tasks to leads as needed.
• Lead projects, manage productivity and avoid timeline/cost delays.

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and business objectives, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency and drive strategic decision-making. This position requires a strong understanding of various analytical tools and methodologies, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing internal and external stakeholders to develop solution requirements and captured user stories. Liaison between business users and business partners, managing relationships and monitoring all requirements updates
• Preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRD’s), System Design flows, Sequence Diagrams providing the appropriate scope of work for the team
• Create low-fidelity prototype and test end-to-end scenarios, going through the life cycle of application development
• Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and collaborating with the QA teams to write Use cases, test strategies, preparation of testing data for quality assurance.
• Providing technical solutions/system solutions to fix real-time technical issues.
• Support, consult and interact with stakeholders, partners and customers
• Analyzes customer requirements and translates those requirements into technical design specifications
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure that all deadlines are met. Delegating the tasks to the right product/functional leads as needed
• Take the lead on projects, delegating tasks, and managing the productivity of project team with the best possible strategies to avoid timeline/cost delays including divide/concur strategies
• Identify gaps in client project management model and help create an integrated project plan with key activities/deadlines identified to create transparency. Ensure milestones are met on time.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science or business management and related fields
• 5+ years of BA experience
• Familiar with Agile methodology, ASAP methodology and Design Thinking
• Having excellent problem-solving skills to identify improvement opportunities and suggest product road maps
• Ability to work as an individual contributor as well as a team player
• Requires cross platform integration knowledge
• Experience with SAP technologies is a plus
• Experience with full life-cycle implementations
