Job summary

CoFoMo Inc. in Montreal is seeking an IT Business Analyst/Functional Analyst to drive backlog‑based delivery, map business processes and align IT with management. You will facilitate agile teams and craft user stories with acceptance criteria.

As a liaison between IT and leadership, you will present technical solutions for process improvements and support testing, planning and estimation across projects.

Qualifications

• Holds an undergraduate degree in management, computer science or a related field.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience as an IT business analyst or functional analyst.
• Master agile delivery methods.
• Perform process mapping in a meaningful way.
• Demonstrate excellent synthesis and writing skills.
• PMI, PBA or IIBA (BABOK) certification (an asset).
• Have a SAFe certification (an asset).
• Apply the SAFe framework in a project context (an asset).
• Experience supporting or deploying Microsoft 365 solutions (an asset).
• Knowledge of SharePoint (an asset).
• Proficiency in SAP, especially the FI/C module (an asset).
• Experience in the transportation industry (an asset).
• Demonstrate passion and intellectual curiosity.
