Qualifications

• Strong experience in Sales and Marketing, TMS, and Warehouse modules.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering ERP projects in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to document and analyze functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into effective D365 F&O solutions.
• Facilitate the implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics ERP to enhance business processes while resolving complex situations and handling operational escalations.
• Identify and conduct required testing, including defining/supporting acceptance testing and gathering feedback from pre-release testers.
• Participate in each phase of full-cycle Microsoft Dynamics implementations and organize working sessions with different stakeholders and team members.
• Provide user training and documentation on specific solutions to ensure effective use of systems.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure effective implementation and integration with other systems.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related software applications.
• Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics ERP system.
• Conduct business process analysis and identify key areas for improvement.
