Job summary

Socket.dev in Montreal seeks a skilled professional to bridge business partners, data owners and developers, defining requirements for Web, Mobile and Data projects.

You will collaborate with process owners and stakeholders, document opportunities, provide technical support, and guide the development team with Azure/.NET and MAUI expertise to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in user training and UX management is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as Interface between business partners, data source owners and application developers to define requirements and use cases
• Work with the development team & technical architects to fully identify all aspects of Web, Mobile & Data functional requirements
• Work closely and interactively with the Process Owners and Business and Technical Stakeholders to act as a primary point of contact for identifying and documenting requirements for new business or technical opportunities or enhancements
• Provide technical support to business users – troubleshooting and providing fixes where required
• Understand Customers objectives, processes & products in order to make educated recommendations and improvements
• Provide business direction to development team as needed in implementation of projects, working in a distributed development environment;
• Well versed with Microsoft technologies - .NET, Azure Data services (ADF, Azure SQL) Azure PaaS (Web apps, key vaults, Function Apps, Azure App Service) & Azure DevOps – CI/CD
• Exposure onto Mobile technologies – Primarily iOS development & MAUI
• Develop high level designs for converting functional requirements into business processes;
• Actively participate in the requirements, design and construction phases and ensure the successful delivery from a high-level technical perspective;
• Participate in discussions with customers to crystallize business requirements and change request;
• Manage daily activities of the development team both onsite and offshore as needed incoordination with customer SPOCs.
• Provide mentoring, assistance and feedback to the development team on all business / technical matters & team deliverables;
