COFOMO is seeking an Integrator Project Manager in Montreal with hybrid work arrangements. The role focuses on coordinating complex IT projects, tracking deliverables, and maintaining governance dashboards across multiple sites in a digital transformation context.

Ideal candidates hold a 10+ year track record in IT coordination/PM, ERP/digital projects, and are fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, computer science or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in coordination or project management in information technology.
• Experience in ERP or digital transformation projects.
• Fluent in French and English, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Track the progress of each site's deliverables and update the project plan.
• Coordinate project team meetings and write minutes.
• Identify and escalate risks, issues and dependencies between job sites.
• Prepare weekly status reports and project dashboards.
• Support budget and resource management in collaboration with relevant managers.
• Ensure the document management of the project.
• Organize logistics for workshops, training sessions, and milestone reviews.
• Support the preparation of governance deliverables.
