Core Responsibilities

  • Assist the ASM and SM in maintaining holiday, attendance, and team scheduling.
  • Supervise Sales Associates during shifts, addressing issues appropriately and in line with LEGO policies, with support from ASM and SM.
  • Complete orders for store and office supplies according to guidelines and budgets.
  • Ensure money handling procedures are followed by all Sales Associates.
  • Maintain an organized stockroom, ensure products are merchandised, and meet loss prevention targets.
  • Assist in achieving high standards of merchandise presentation following store guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Leadership and management experience in retail.
  • Experience in employee training, cash handling, inventory, and sales auditing.
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems, visual merchandising, and merchandise maintenance.
  • Physical ability to move, stand for extended periods, and lift at least 30 lbs.
  • Full availability to work 40 hours per week.

Additional Information

The hourly wage ranges from $22.79 to $24.16, based on responsibilities, market benchmarks, and other factors. Benefits and detailed compensation will be communicated upon offer finalization.
