Job summary

UNIQLO Canada Inc. is hiring full-time Store Associates for our Oshawa centre store location in Oshawa. You will provide excellent customer service, share in-depth product knowledge, and help customers find items that meet their needs.

One must be flexible to work evenings and weekends, with a schedule that may exceed 32 hours and up to 40 hours per week. Benefits include employee discounts, medical and dental coverage, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and courteous customer service to meet UNIQLO values.
• Stay knowledgeable about brand, products and store promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness on the sales floor.
• Monitor and replenish floor stock; assist customers with fittings.
• Process payments using a Point of Sale (POS) system.
