Job summary

UNIQLO Canada’s Markville Centre store in Markham is seeking a Store Associate to deliver friendly, knowledgeable service that helps customers find products that meet their needs. As a full-time associate, you will work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, with up to 40 hours per week and a starting wage of $19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Full Time Store Associates; 32+ hours per week based on business needs (up to 40 hours).
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and courteous customer service to reflect UNIQLO's values.
• Maintain knowledge of brand, products, and store promotions.
• Keep sales floor clean and tidy; replenish stock as needed.
• Upkeep fitting rooms and assist customers as needed.
• Process payments using a POS system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
