Job summary

UNIQLO Canada is hiring full-time Store Associates for our Sherway Gardens location in Toronto. The role focuses on outstanding customer service, in-depth product knowledge, and contributing to a welcoming shopping environment.

Store Associates must be able to work more than 32 hours per week (up to 40), with flexible evenings and weekends. Previous customer service experience is preferred, and initiative is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Full Time Store Associates must be able to work more than 32 hours per week, up to 40 hours per week.
• Flexibility in schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and ability to take initiative.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and courteous customer service reflecting UNIQLO’s values, mission and vision.
• Remain knowledgeable about brand, products and current store promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness on the sales floor.
• Monitor and replenish floor stock when needed.
• Upkeep fitting rooms to store standards and assist customers.
• Process various payment transactions using a Point of Sale (POS) System.
• Other duties as assigned.
