Job summary

UNIQLO Canada Inc. in Richmond Hill is hiring for Store Associates (full-time & part-time) to deliver outstanding customer service and help customers find products that meet their needs.

You will stay knowledgeable about the brand, promotions, and store standards while contributing to a positive shopping experience. Roles require flexibility in schedule (including evenings and weekends); prior customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Full-time or part-time availability with 32+ hours or up to 40 hours per week.
• Flexibility in schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Clear and concise communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and courteous customer service to uphold UNIQLO values.
• Stay informed about brand, products, promotions, and store ads.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness on the sales floor.
• Monitor and replenish floor stock as needed.
• Maintain fitting rooms and assist customers as required.
• Process payments using a POS system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
