Job summary

UNIQLO Canada Inc. is hiring full-time Store Associates for the Bayshore Shopping Centre in Ottawa.

You will deliver exceptional customer service, know our products, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor while assisting customers and processing payments using a POS system. Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Flexibility in schedule availability and ability to work varying shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and courteous customer service to reflect UNIQLO values, mission and vision.
• Stay knowledgeable about brand, products and current store promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness on the sales floor.
• Monitor and replenish floor stock as needed.
• Uphold fitting room standards and assist customers as needed.
• Process payments using a Point of Sale (POS) system.
