Job summary

UNIQLO Canada is seeking part-time Store Associates to deliver friendly, efficient service, help customers find products that meet their needs and provide in-depth information about our apparel. You will work as part of a team and uphold UNIQLO’s values on the sales floor.

Shifts up to 32 hours per week with flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends. Benefits include employee discount at all UNIQLO Canada locations and opportunities for promotion every 3 months.

Qualifications

• Part-time Store Associates must be able to work up to 32 hours per week based on business needs.
• Flexible schedule availability including evenings and weekends.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and ability to take initiative.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to reflect UNIQLO’s values, mission and vision.
• Remain knowledgeable about the brand, products, and promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness on the sales floor.
• Monitor and replenish floor stock when needed.
• Uphold fitting room standards and assist customers.
• Process payments using a POS system.
• Other duties as assigned.
