UNIQLO Canada Inc. is hiring part-time Store Associates to deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge. You will help customers find items, share in-depth product information and participate in all store activities to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to work up to 32 hours per week based on business needs.
• Willingness to learn and ability to take initiative.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and courteous customer service to reflect UNIQLO values.
• Stay knowledgeable about company brand, products, promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness on the sales floor.
• Monitor and replenish floor stock when needed.
• Uphold fitting room standards and assist customers as needed.
• Process payments using a Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
