Responsibilities include:

• Familiarity with site standard operating procedures with a focus on detail and accuracy
• Knowing and ensuring site safety and emergency procedures are followed and documented accurately
• Completing security incident reports with a focus on accuracy and database integrity
• Liaising with visitors, customers, and the public at reception desk posts
• Operating the Security Operations Centre (SOC) to monitor properties, perform access control, and system management
• Maintaining a positive, collaborative work environment
• Walking for 2+ hours during interior and exterior patrols
• Monitoring email communications and responding professionally

Qualifications:

• Valid Ontario Security Guard license
• Valid First Aid & CPR Level C certificate
• Vulnerable Sector Check
• Proficient in English (oral and written)
• Microsoft Office experience

Essential Job Functions:

• Be courteous and professional in all interactions
