Job summary

Chick-fil-A Appleby crossing in Burlington, Canada is hiring for a full-time frontline role. You will maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment and use POS software to take orders.

You will work outside in a drive-thru year-round, demonstrate hospitality, communicate clearly with guests and teammates, and support leadership with trainings and shift duties. Open availability Monday through Saturday 9am to 12am; Sundays closed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an exceptionally clean, safe, and sanitary work environment.
• Work outside in a drive-thru (year round).
• Use POS software to take orders.
• Demonstrate exceptional hospitality to our guests.
• Have a positive attitude and communicate clearly and courteously with fellow team members, guests, and third parties.
• Adhere to all training standards within the restaurant.
• Manage breaks.
• Complete daily checklists.
• Show support to your team by being punctual, reliable, and consistent in every shift.
• Front of House Shift Leaders will count drawers and ensure cash management procedures are being followed.
• Demonstrate a willingness learn.
• Train and coach team members.
• Attend leadership meetings.
• Respond to guest inquiries.
• Perform additional work duties as assigned by leadership to support business needs.
• Possess the ability to work in a high demand environment while maintaining all above standards.

Full-time, open availability. Able to work Monday - Saturday anytime between 9am - 12am
